Wharton, NJ, December 2024 — Graphic Resource Systems (GRS), a trusted leader in the graphics and printing industry since 1996, is excited to announce that we will be expanding our operations to provide full support for Flora printers previously serviced by American Printing Systems (APS), also known as FloraUSA. This expansion follows APS’s planned closure on December 31, 2024, as part of a strategic consolidation of operations.
Starting January 1, 2025, GRS will fully support APS customers, ensuring a seamless transition. GRS will offer the same high-quality ink consumables and spare parts for Flora printers, maintaining the exceptional print quality that APS customers have come to expect. In addition, GRS will provide online ordering capabilities, making it even easier for customers to access the products and services they need.
What this means for APS customers:
- Continued Quality: GRS will carry the same ink consumables previously sold by APS, guaranteeing no change in the quality of your prints. A full inventory of Flora printer spare parts will also be available.
- Convenient Online Ordering: Our robust online ordering system allows you to quickly and easily place orders for ink and other supplies.
- Account Setup: If you were an APS-only customer, we kindly ask you to complete the required W9 and/or sales tax documentation to establish your account with GRS.
- Billing and Payments: Any orders invoiced under APS should still be paid directly to APS. GRS will issue invoices for any orders placed starting January 1, 2025.
