Compatibility: Use with Mild & Eco Solvent, UVC, GEL and Latex printers. (A pretest is always recommended.)
Properties: 10 mil PVC (Nylon Fabric reinforced) self-adhesive white vinyl with pebble embossing. Applications: Finished Smooth Sealed Concrete, Tile, Wood, Laminate and other indoor mostly smooth surfaces. Product construction is designed for fast installation onto CLEAN & DRY surfaces only.
Recommended install temperature is above 50F degrees. A One-inch unprinted white outline and rounded corners or soft shaped graphics will be less prone to edge lifting. For uncommon or critical surfaces for promotional purposes only, These REQUIRE a printed pretest on the EXACT surface to determine suitability because of the huge variability in surfaces. Not recommended for highly textured surfaces.
Installation: Make sure surface is clean and dry. With the adhesive exposed work product onto receiving surface with particular attention to low points. Use Rubber Roller, Felt squeegee or another appropriate applicator. Rounded corners will help avoid edge release. Avoid highly textured surfaces. Longevity (normal conditions):
Indoor = 3 months up to one year. Handling: Avoid touching print surface or introducing dust and dirt on to print face.
This can cause anomalies and artifacts when printed. Always store unused material wound tight in original packaging. Printing: Suggested Media Setting Universal Self-Adhesive Vinyl. Make sure that ink is dry when it reaches the take-up reel. An external dryer, fan and or heat lamp will accelerate drying
