ProSolv Roll-up Banner Film is an 100% polyester film offering a side-to-side anti-curl grey back for ambient light block, and the option of either a satin or velvet print surface for retractable banner stands and other tensioned displays.

Description
- Affordable 100% Polyester film for Roll-up display stands.
- Curl resistant dimensionally stable film.
- Gray-back which blocks ambient light. · Universally compatible: Use with Solvent, Eco, UV and Latex printers.
- For best results calibrate media feed and bi-directional printing before using. 720 dpi, 8 pass and a max ink load below 300% offers a good balance between quality, speed and drying.
- Be sure the Ink is dry when it reaches the take up reel. For high ink Saturation Prints Ink may not dry fully before take-up reel. An external dryer or heat lamps pointed toward film during printing will accelerate drying before reaching take-up reel or allow print time to air dry
- Solvent or Eco-solvent:
- Lt Wt Banner or Rollup setting. DO NOT leave printed graphics on take-up reel for extended period of time as printed graphics can bond/stick to back of material if not completely dry.

- Suggested settings: (note; different settings may produce better results) o “SV-GG: Hi Gloss PVC Gray Glue”, Print Quality = Standard, Res = 720dpi
- HP Latex suggested settings:
- PET Velvet Rollup.oms (Custom Profile) o Generic Polyester Film (PET Film) Post Printing: If product is not completely dry lay print face up for a period of time.
- In rollup displays lamination is not required but if desired thin PSA or liquid laminates are recommended. Applications: Interior Roll-up stands, transit shelters, way-finds and sign frames.

Properties:
The product offers a Velvet print surface resulting in saturated color for images and graphics while holding fine details and type. Product trims clean and even with straight edge and blade. No warping, buckling or stretching under normal conditions.
Handling: Avoid touching material on print face which can cause finger prints when printed. If required, additional drying or out-gassing of inks can be achieved by laying printed graphics on table face up end for a period of time.

Trim to recommended size according to display unit. Note: most rollup stands require up to 6 inches of extra material at the bottom graphic. Clip hanger bar to top of graphic and attach bottom of graphic to the leader material extending out of display unit. While holding graphic pull tension pin and slowly lower graphic into stand.
