- Follow the garment manufacturers instructions.
- Follow the printer manufacturer instructions.
- Set the water temperature no higher than 149F.
- Always use pigmented ink.
- Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
- Preferably wash inside out to extend the life of the print.
- Do not use bleach.
APS DTF Random Peel Film
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1- Print your pattern on PET Film
Select mirror printing, and print the pattern on the PET film.
STEP 2- Apply hotmelt powder
This can be done by hand or by running the film through a Heater/Shaker unit.
STEP 3- Drying printed PET film and melting powder process
Dry & melt hotmelt powder through conveyer belt or heat press via conveyer belt: set temperature at 248 F
STEP 4- Transfer the pattern:
Transfer onto garment with a het press at 302 F -
STEP 5- Peel
Select mirror printing, and print the pattern on the PET film.
