This Graphic Resource Systems warranty covers both parts and labor for a total of 1 year starting on the date of the invoice or if the printer is currently under warranty then one year after the printer's current warranty expiration date, which ever date is the longest. The customer is responsible for maintaining the printer per GRS instructions. The customer must use OEM ink or a third party ink that is supplied by GRS, any other ink will void the warranty on the ink delivery system. Any issues caused by abuse or lack of maintenance by the customer will void the warranty. Any issues reported by the customer before 3PM on a business day will be taken care of within 24 to 48 business hours.This warranty does not cover anything other than parts and labor. Limit one print head per year.This warranty is for a one year period and covers printers up to three year in age for printers older than this use part # GRS-1324-5
