Summa Perforating Tool – Part #500-9315

The Summa 500-9315 Perforating Tool is an optional tool for Summa F Series flatbed cutters that creates high-speed perforation lines for folding and tear-off applications. It is commonly used in packaging production, POP displays, corrugated plastic, and folding carton work.

Up to 25× faster than producing perforations with the Electronic Oscillating Tool (EOT).

Produces sharper folds and cleaner edges for box-making and packaging applications.

The tool includes three perforation wheels/knives:

• 1.7 mm × 1.7 mm (Part #500-9891)
• 3 mm × 3 mm (Part #500-9892)
• 5 mm × 5 mm (Part #500-9893)

Summa Part #500-9891 is a Perforation Knife used with the Summa F-Series Perforating Tool (500-9315). It is one of the three standard knives included with the perforating tool.

#390-551 is a 36° Tangential Double-Tip (Double-Sided) Knife Blade designed for Summa tangential cutting systems, including S Class T-Series, S2 T-Series, S3 TC-Series, and many F-Series flatbed cutters.
